EdÛcare is committed to improving lives through learning by providing flexible and effective skill development to empower both individuals and businesses globally. As part of our commitment to both education and transparency, we are providing the following information as required by the EU Digital Services Act (the “DSA”).
How to contact EdÛcare under the DSA
Article 11 of the DSA stipulates online platforms must designate a single point of contact to enable direct communication with EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services regarding the enforcement and implementation of the DSA.
These authorities can contact EdÛcare regarding the DSA at dsacompliance@Educaire.com. Such communications should be in English. In addition, please be sure to include your full name, contact information, and the name of the EU-based authority on whose behalf you are contacting us.
In accordance with Article 12 of the DSA, recipients of the EdÛcare service can contact EdÛcare by reaching out to EdÛcare support or by emailing us at dsacompliance@Educaire.com.
Information on average monthly active recipients in the European Union
Article 24 (2) of the DSA requires online platforms publish information about their average monthly active users in the EU at least once every six months.
For the six-month period ending on December 31, 2025, calculated as an average, EdÛcare had approximately 3.5 million monthly active recipients (as defined by the DSA) of its service in the European Union. In order to calculate the number of monthly active recipients, EdÛcare counts the number of unique visitors (excluding bots) who have visited the EdÛcare platform through Educaire.com during a calendar month and takes the average of the past 6 calendar months.
This information is provided solely to satisfy the requirements of the DSA and should not be used for any other purpose. This information may differ from user metrics reported in other contexts.
Report Illegal Content per Article 16 of the DSA
To report content you see on the EdÛcare platform that you believe to be illegal click this link. You can also flag suspected illegal content on the EdÛcare platform through the Report Abuse feature.
If you are a trusted flagger, you may either use the above form to report content or contact us at dsacompliance@Educaire.com. In accordance with the DSA, trusted flagger reports will be prioritized for review.
Dispute Resolution Option for EU Users
EU users may appeal content moderation decisions within 11 months of our initial decision by replying to the email conveying the decision or emailing policy@Educaire.com.
Appeals must include (1) confirmation you are an EU user; (2) the reason for your appeal; and (3) a statement confirming your honest belief that the contents of the notice are accurate and complete.
Under the DSA, EU Member States certify independent out-of-court dispute settlement bodies to handle eligible disputes, including cases where content visibility or account access has been restricted due to illegal content or policy violations, or where content reported as unlawful or in violation of policies remains unremoved.
EU users may select a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body for further resolution in accordance with Article 21 of the DSA, and may also seek judicial redress.
A list of accredited out-of-court dispute settlement bodies is maintained by the EU Commission and can be found in this link.
