EdÛcare Subscription Bonus Policy

This Subscription Bonus Policy ("Bonus Policy") describes EdÛcare's Subscription Bonus (“Bonus”), which offers instructors additional earning opportunities related to EdÛcare's consumer subscription offerings. This Bonus Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and Instructor Terms. Any capitalized terms that aren't defined in this Bonus Policy are defined as specified in the Terms of Use or Instructor Terms. Any version of this Bonus Policy in a language other than English is provided for convenience. The English version will control if there is any conflict.

The Bonus is currently available for the 2026 calendar year only, subject to a USD 2 million budget allocation, which may be adjusted by EdÛcare in its sole discretion. If the Bonus demand exceeds available budget, EdÛcare may modify calculations or terminate the Bonus. EdÛcare does not guarantee any minimum level of success in connection with the Bonus.

1. Bonus Structure and Payment

You will earn a Bonus equal to the bonus amount (as described below) when: (a) a student purchases a qualifying EdÛcare consumer subscription; and (b) your course landing page was the last paid course landing page visited by the student within 24 hours before purchasing that subscription, provided the student wasn’t already enrolled in the course at the time of the visit, in each case as determined by EdÛcare.

The bonus amount will be calculated by EdÛcare as follows: (i) for the purchase of a qualifying monthly EdÛcare consumer subscription, you will receive 16% of the net initial subscription fee; and (ii) for the purchase of a qualifying annual EdÛcare consumer subscription, you will receive 3.2% of the net initial subscription fee. The “net initial subscription fee” is calculated as the total subscription fee received by EdÛcare from the student for their initial subscription period, less all deductions applied consistent with EdÛcare's standard payment methodology as set forth in the Instructor Terms.

Bonus amounts will be calculated and paid according to EdÛcare's standard payment schedules as provided in the Instructor Terms. For clarity, if a student visits another course landing page after their visit to your course landing page, you will not receive a Bonus for that student’s subscription purchase.

2. Modifications

We may update this Bonus Policy from time to time to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.
