This page explains the main types of personal data EdÛcare handles and why we use them. It is written for students, instructors, and visitors, so it avoids internal system names and focuses on what matters to you.

How we protect your data
- Learning data and account details are protected by strict server-side authorization checks so only permitted users can access them.
- We use secure, encrypted sessions and validate data requests on the server before taking action.
- Protected educational materials are delivered using temporary, securely signed access.
- Payment providers process sensitive payment details. EdÛcare does not store raw card, bank, or mobile money credentials.
Retention approach
- We automatically purge expired password reset codes and temporary access tokens.
- Inactive checkout data is routinely cleared from our systems.
- Security and operational logs are retained only as long as needed for platform reliability, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
